What do you charge for shipping?
Expedited (2-day) shipping is FREE for all US customers!
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, but certain items may be unavailable for international shipping. International shipping charges should be automatically calculated at checkout, but if they're not, please email us at hello@daymoondesigns.com for assistance. Please note, all customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change your delivery address, as once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
When will you ship my order? How long does it take for my items to be processed?
All orders are subject to a 48 hour processing time, however 99% of orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours in order to meet the 2-day shipping provided.
Is shipping included in the prices?
If a product includes 'free shipping', then you do not need to pay for the shipping cost. Not every product has free shipping and varies from country to country. US based customers receive 2-day shipping free on all products.

I think I ordered the wrong size - the Toilet Paper Holder does not fit the wipes I use.
Not a problem, simply process a refund and repurchase the correct size item.

Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team.
Can you cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they are accepted by our warehouse for fulfillment. Please email our Customer Service team at hello@daymoondesigns.com if you see your order is ineligible for cancellation.
I received the wrong color item.
Please email us immediately and let us know which color you recieved, and which color you ordered, along with your name and order confirmation number.
